Getting the Kids Ready to go Back to School

The Author of this post is Darius Boone

This winter break seemed like it would never end. Just as my kids were excited about it starting, I was excited about it ending. I knew that my quality alone time awaited me and I was looking forward to it. A good week before school was to begin I held a group discussion with my kids about school. I tried to make it less mandatory but more fun instead, as the goal was simply to get them back into the groove of things. This method had much success as I found them often talking about their school return amongst each other. Sure some of their dialog included negative connotations about their return, but the idea was that at least they were talking about it and subconsciously preparing themselves. I tried to ease their minds of their anxieties by giving them personal examples of what I went through when I was coming off of a vacation during my school years. This showed them that everybody goes through the same things and decreased some of their burdens. My eagerness came with that familiar sound of the homes security system from Securitychoice.com going off in the morning before leaving the home. It reminded me that school was definitely back in session and that I would have my quiet time back again. Now it is time for my own personal vacation.

Shoes make the perfect holiday gift

The holiday season is a time for feasting and sharing with loved ones and it's a great time to give gifts that will be appreciated both during the season and beyond. When I think of Christmas, I think of snowmen and sledding and hot cocoa or cider. These occasions call for wearing warm gear and boots but shedding the warm clothes to go inside for the hot apple cider is always a challenge. I recommend getting a pair of Ecco Terrano slip-on shoes to place just inside the door where your excited youth will be able to shed the wet boots and keep their feet warm. Imagine how neat your kitchen will be when you avoid all the snow tracking from the outside. And the kids will love the styles from Zappos. They won't even need to mess with shoestrings and the traction is great. This is the first item on my holiday shoe list.

Next, I'm thinking about all the golf enthusiasts in the family. The perfect gift for them is a new pair of Ecco golf shoes right along side the new special club. Neither of these gifts will actually fit in the stocking but they will line up nicely under the tree. I'll wrap a couple pairs and place them right next to the assortment of Ecco shoes for kids. Now I've got plenty of kids on the list so I'll have to choose an assortment of sizes, colors and styles so they won't mix them up. I've found the perfect place to round off my holiday shopping and I think it's a wrap.

Vortexes exist in dimensions that connect to Earth

Whether you are a believer in phenonmenon outside the physical realm or you base your belief system on that which can only be seen with the eyes, vortexes do exist and are scientifically factual. NASA has some interesting theories based on Einstein's theory of relativity. Supposedly, earth exists in a vortex of space-time. Time is a place as much as space is a physical location. I believe that from an intrinsic knowledge that I cannot explain so I'll call it a spiritual revelation from knowledge outside myself. Many of my life experiences have totally convinced me that there is more to life than what we can see or hear or smell and I'm determined to remain open to all possibilities.

Einstein's theory of relativity

As explained on NASA's website: "Time and space, according to Einstein's theories of relativity, are woven together, forming a four-dimensional fabric called "space-time." The tremendous mass of Earth dimples this fabric, much like a heavy person sitting in the middle of a trampoline. Gravity, says Einstein, is simply the motion of objects following the curvaceous lines of the dimple."

The theory may differ slightly in religious views but the principle remains the same. Energy exists in the cosmos about which mankind knows little or nothing. There are many occurrances that affect earth and life on our planet that cannot be explained by any conventional means. Look at Biblical events that describe fantastic appearances of whirlwinds of fire and fiery beings coming on a clouds or beings appearing and disappearing. How did they get here, I wonder? Vortexes that connect space and time are a good explanation for a lot of mysterious events. I'm willing to investigate further in search of knowledge and understanding and I welcome any and all views or opinions on the subject.

This Shopping Dream Site is no Secret

Serious shoppers are like world travelers because they search for products from all over the world. Since this blog features mysteries and secret portals from legendary history, I thought it would be fitting to include a site that offers a unique search engine to find almost any product the imagination can conjure. It is no secret since I've just told you how to browse multiple sites in one place without the advantage of magic or modern travel. Shop Wiki opens up the doorway to magical places like France for anyone who has the inclination to use the internet to the best advantage. The site directory will take you on a guided tour to all the cyber shops in France where you will discover unique and exciting products that are not available in your hometown stores.

The stores in this vast directory are not paid listings exclusively because the folks who operate the Shop Wiki took the initiative to add all the online stores they could find. Their goal was to create the most inclusive and versatile shopping experience possible online. Imagine finding gifts for your family from the  Netherlands  without taking the time to book flights or travel thousands of miles in hopes of making that incredible purchase that will bring delight to your loved ones for years to come. Smart shopping is no mystery to the person who knows how to find the best deals without sacrificing quality or without paying too much for that one of a kind sweater. It's all so easy with this website that I can hardly believe that I made the discovery of a lifetime.

Now granted, a shop wiki is not the runner up to Stonehenge or the lost city of Atlantis but in this modern world, it comes close. Secrets and mysteries abound in the romantic world down under in
Australia  and I can show you how to find a hand crafted digeridoo or some native holiday foods all in one shopping spree that takes minutes instead of hours. What will technology offer us next, I wonder?

Portals that lead to Eternal Realms

I have often wondered how matter and spirit relate to one another in existence. It is my premise that physical and spiritual realities exist simultaneously which leads to a fascinating possibility. The physical mortal life and the spiritual etherical life are connected through some invisible force that governs the life of both. Of course, it is my belief that this is all mastered by the hand of God. I've had experiences that convince me this is true so I'm exploring the concept on a physical and spiritual realm. I want to share my stories and my discoveries on this topic as time allows.

Now that brings up another interesting question. How does time relate to existence in the physical and spiritual realms? And is the spirit more aware of alternate dimensions than the physical body? I believe we all possess the ability to perceive both matter and spirit on multiple levels of existence. Hence, the need for realms or dimensions that exist all at the same time. God is Endless and Eternal. The Great I Am created us in His/Her Image so we must also be endless and eternal. I've had experiences in my life that convince me this is totally true.

In fact, I'm writing a book called Heaven's Portal. Recently, I created a website that features excerpts from the book chapters to give a preview of its content. If you are curious, visit Heaven's Portal and read the introduction. I'll be updating the website every couple weeks as I finish chapters over the course of summer so be sure to visit often. In this book, many of the premises considered and questions raised in this post are covered within its pages. I think you'll find it a fascinating read. I write about the after life and crossing beyond the veil and back. There are miraculous tales of phenomenal events that testify about things beyond our mortal comprehension. I'll ponder this topic and write more in depth posts as the book develops so follow along right here for more on Portals that lead to Eternal Realms.

If you want more reading about spiritual inspired prophetic beliefs, read The Seven Thunders. Until the next post, consider that the impossible is in fact possible and that many realms exist that we can access if we open our minds to the possibility.

Relax while Driving through Houston

Texas is a big state and on that everyone can agree. When I travel through a state like Texas, I think of the big cities and how hard it can be to find places. If I break down, I don't want to wonder who to call or how to find a mechanic. Nowadays. I rely upon a website that has taken all the wonder out of searching for help on the highway. If I broke down today, I would just pull out my cell phone and use the handy mobile application put out by Repair Pal to find a Houston auto repair shop near me.

I could look up an Acura TL for specific prices, common problems, recalls and I'd find a big listing of mechanics who specialize in this model. The search wiki works for any make or model and their listing goes beyond the new models back into older vehicles. In fact, the research they have done to create this comprehensive listing is the most impressive auto repair site I've ever found on the internet. Repair Pal thought of more than garage or auto parts listings. They included tips to help diagnose a specific vehicle problem. The complete guide will help you understand how to give your car an oil change or if you should call a garage who can do it for you. Get an estimate over the phone or on the internet. Better yet, look up the prices on your cell phone using the mobile applications on their website.

If you hear screeching when you put on your brakes, the quick guide can reveal if you need a brake job or just new brake pads. Don't worry if you're not mechanically inclined because you can find a professional to help you. If your vehicle is immobilized just call the nearest garage or tow company and get off the side of the road without ever leaving your car. Now that is peace of mind that will allow you to relax while driving through Houston.
